I have always been into sports and athletics! I have played soccer since I was very young and attended Georgia Southern University as a collegiate soccer player. While in college not only did I play soccer but in the off season loved taking all kinds of Group Fitness classes and still do today!
I majored in Fashion Merchandising and Apparel Design and after college pursued a dream of mine. To own my own boutique. I enjoyed working everywhere from Rampage to Versace! After being in retail for a long time I transitioned to wholesale where I worked for a maternity show room for many years! In January of 2006 my dream came true I started working on Pashmere (my own boutique)! I officially opened in March and was off to a great start! the store was filled with fun dresses, tops, and jewelry from local designers. Pashmere also had a variety of denim and shoes so that it was really a one stop shop! In 2009 Pashmere opened a second location in the Atlanta area. I have to say during the times that my stores were opened I learned so much about myself and my drive to succeed. I loved meeting all the wonderful people and having fun with clients. So many stories to tell but the best part was helping women find an outfit that made them feel great no matter size, shape, or style! It was challenging and fulfilling and I was sad to close but that journey was to end and Chicago life was to begin!

My husband and I moved to Chicago in January of 2012. I started working for a company and in January of 2013 found out that we were expecting!!! Alexis was born 2 months early and my whole life changed in such a good way its hard to describe! She made me realize that it was time to really get serious about something I have loved for so long! FITNESS!! I went back to school and received my ACE Group Fitness Instructor ceretification! I love teaching cardio/weight classes, boot camp style classes, but most importantly I love helping people achieve their goals while having fun!!!!

I have always been an avid runner and into athletics and Group Fitness! I am so happy that I have finally made something I have loved for so long a much bigger part of my life!!!!

Certifications: ACE Group Fitness, Boot Camp/Sports Conditioning, CPR/AED
